At present I believe there is a small library in Vankleek Hill as well as in Hawkesbury. I am told that the library in Hawkesbury has a good genealogy section, but other than that I have no information.
More information will be added once we become aware of it.

LIBRARIES IN PRESCOTT COUNTY
I believe there is a county library system similar to that of Glengarry County, but at present more information is needed to answer this question.
